Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within one business day, and many leave our facility the same day they are placed. Once an order enters fulfillment, it begins moving through our packing and shipping process immediately.

If you need to update your shipping address, modify your order, or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, requests received after fulfillment has begun may not be possible.

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery times are determined by the shipping method selected during checkout. Tracking information will be available as soon as your shipment is on its way.

Shipping timelines displayed during checkout are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $50 or more. The $50 threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal before taxes and shipping. The offer applies only to eligible shipping destinations. Expedited shipping, if offered, may incur additional charges.

Trusted Trail Canine Wellness currently ships to select U.S. states where our products are authorized for sale. As we continue to grow, we are actively working to expand our shipping availability.

Orders can only be fulfilled to eligible shipping destinations. If your state is not currently available at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.
