Return Shipping & Refunds

We want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your Trusted Trail purchase.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with standard returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for return authorization and instructions before shipping your product back.

Once your return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

For verified product defects, shipping errors, or damage during delivery, Trusted Trail Canine Wellness will cover any required return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
